Break Sokos Hotel Tahko’s new gym is open 24/7

The 130m² gym, opened in December 2024 as part of Break Sokos Hotel Tahko‘s new extension, serves both hotel guests and other fitness enthusiasts who value a high-quality training environment.

Located on the hotel’s ground floor, the gym offers a versatile range of modern equipment, including free weights, a squat rack, a bench press, a treadmill, an exercise bike, and cross-trainers. Comfort is maximized by modern ventilation and convenient changing rooms with shower facilities located right next to the gym. If your workout takes place during the hotel’s guest sauna hours—8:00–10:00 AM or 6:00–8:00 PM—you can also relax in the warmth of the sauna at no extra cost after your training session.

  • For external customers, the fee is 12€ per visit or 100€ for a 10-visit pass.
  • Payments are made at the hotel reception.
