The purpose of the Nilsiä Municipal Center Development Association (NIKE) is to increase the accessibility, attractiveness, and vitality of the Nilsiä Municipal Center as a cohesive and functional area, as well as to develop cooperation between the center’s entrepreneurs, associations, property owners, and the city of Kuopio.
