Tahko lost and found service

Tahko lost and found service is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 16:00 via phone at +358 44 7481 495 and email at lostandfound@tahko.com. The lost and found service does not have a fixed office location.

Found items can be delivered either by mail or to accommodation facilities in Tahko. Items can also be picked up from a pre-arranged collection point. Items with a value of less than 20€ are not stored.

Pricing

• The finder’s reward is 10% of the item’s fair market value, with a minimum fee of 4€.
• The storage fee for lost items ranges from 1-17€, depending on the value of the item.
• For postal deliveries, shipping costs are charged according to the rates set by the delivery provider.
• The delivery fee within the Tahko area starts from 35€

The pricing is based on the Finnish lost property act and decree.
